Six months of intensive work in an agency and more than a week of assembly with a team of 60 people from Switzerland, France and Italy.
The ceremony and the wedding dinner in an exceptional villa, a day on a beach completely designed by us and an evening with a concert in a village in the heart of Tuscany…
From the setting up of the scene to the choice of artists, including the embroidery of bath towels and the furniture & decoration layout.

Create a meaningful event
Management of 3 separate events at 3 locations in two days for 200 guests. A well-defined and timed strategy to avoid any unforeseen events.

PRODUCTION
Our professions in action
Managing a team of 50 people for 10 days on 3 sites. Careful preparation and meticulous logistics in order to optimize our time during assembly and avoid unforeseen events.
Coordination with the presence of a project manager on site at all times in order to anticipate last minute needs and unforeseen events.
Be alert and responsive to each problem, sometimes the case with local subcontracting, the main thing being to always resolve them!
PRODUCTION
Overall layout of the exterior of the property for the ceremony, dinner and dance evening.
Creation of a VIP area for a brunch hosted by different artists on a private beach, from BED lounges to bath towels embroidered with the event logo.
PRODUCTION
Management of all technical aspects on the different locations, assembly of a stage and each instrument in accordance with the needs of the artists as well as an installation for video mapping on the village cathedral.
