Mandated by Acanthis Sàrl to design together an unforgettable birthday party, the RED ZONE agency was able to highlight its creativity and expertise for the production of this event:
Location research, design and production of sets, furniture & decoration layout and technical sound and light production.
A feat also for respecting the very tight timing imposed for the assembly and dismantling of this super production.

A concept studied down to the smallest detail for an unforgettable birthday evening in partnership with the Acanthis communication agency.
Our mandate took place over almost a year, from finding the location to producing the event on the big day.
Search for the ideal place for an exclusive evening to accommodate around a hundred guests in complete privacy. The Parc des Eaux-vives restaurant offers accessibility, privatization as well as an exceptional setting.

Red Zone was in charge of the overall production of the event following the 60s concept.
We transformed all the spaces on the ground floor and first floor for a totally sixty look.

PRODUCTION
Red zone was in charge of all the furniture and decoration arrangements.
We worked on the wall coverings and floor coverings taking inspiration from the 60s: a glossy white background enhanced by colorful pop-shaped stickers.
Our choice of furniture focused on white leather lounge elements with cushions in the colors of the event, LED high tables and women's legs as lamps to create a glam-disco atmosphere.
The final touch to our layout: an LED dance floor to keep guests dancing until the end of the night.
PRODUCTION
Red Zone was also in charge of the light and sound architecture of the evening. Indeed, we have created a warm and festive atmosphere with indoor and outdoor lighting effects. Also the sound system for the different artists for the musical and dance shows.
